Driver’s medical

For Class A, B, C, D, E, and F, such as for truck drivers, bus drivers, EMS personnel, firefighters, or police officers, you can easily book an appointment to complete your MTO physical and required forms. These forms are available at your local driver licensing office or any DriveTest Centre in Ontario. Please note that, by law, we must report any neurological, physical, cardiovascular, or other medical conditions that could affect your ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
